1. Lead and motivate a team of baristas in providing exceptional customer service.
2. Oversee shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
3. Monitor and maintain quality standards for coffee and tea products.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Train and supervise new team members.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
9. Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks, as needed.
