We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team and help us continue to grow and thrive. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of baristas and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. 1. Supervise and lead a team of baristas to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operation of the store.
2. Train and onboard new baristas to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products, procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure well-stocked and organized store.
5. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards.
7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking and cleaning duties.
9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
11. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
12. Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts and breaks.
13. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards at all times.
14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management to ensure the success of the store.
