- Lead and manage a team of baristas during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about Peet's Coffee products and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring it meets Peet's Coffee standards.
- Continuously strive to improve team performance and customer satisfaction, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for improving store operations and achieving sales targets.
Previous Supervisory Experience: A Shift Lead At Peet's Coffee Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Demonstrating Their Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Peet's Coffee Prides Itself On Its Exceptional Customer Service. A Shift Lead Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience For Customers.
