  1. Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage a large team of workforce management professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze staffing needs and trends to make proactive adjustments and recommendations for staffing levels and schedules.
  4. Utilize workforce management software and tools to forecast staffing needs, create schedules, and track employee performance.
  5. Collaborate with various departments, including human resources, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of workforce management strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of workforce management services.
  7. Conduct regular training and development sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in workforce management.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity.
  9. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to workforce management to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in workforce management to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software And Systems, Such As Kronos Or Adp.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
