- Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage a large team of workforce management professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze staffing needs and trends to make proactive adjustments and recommendations for staffing levels and schedules.
- Utilize workforce management software and tools to forecast staffing needs, create schedules, and track employee performance.
- Collaborate with various departments, including human resources, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of workforce management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of workforce management services.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in workforce management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to workforce management to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in workforce management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Workforce Management Software And Systems, Such As Kronos Or Adp.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
