1. Develop and maintain a strategic replenishment plan for all Peet's Coffee stores, ensuring that each location has an adequate supply of fresh coffee beans at all times.
2. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of coffee beans to each store location.
3. Continuously monitor inventory levels and make adjustments to the replenishment plan as needed to meet demand.
4. Communicate with store managers and regional managers to gather feedback on inventory needs and make adjustments to the replenishment plan accordingly.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and replenishment activities, and report on key metrics to management.
7. Identify and address any supply chain issues or delays that may impact the replenishment plan.
8. Coordinate with the production team to ensure efficient and timely processing of coffee beans for replenishment.
9. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve the replenishment process.
