- Conduct regular quality control inspections of coffee beans and products to ensure they meet our standards of excellence.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Collaborate with production and roasting teams to identify and address any quality issues.
- Monitor and track quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and educate staff on quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct sensory evaluations of coffee samples to ensure flavor and aroma meet our standards.
- Communicate any quality control concerns or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Conduct audits of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coffee production and quality control.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of coffee production.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality raw materials are being used.
- Assist with developing and implementing new quality control initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quality control processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product labeling and packaging meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular taste tests and sensory evaluations to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
- Communicate with customers and address any quality concerns or inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of retail locations to ensure quality standards are being met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and maintain the quality of our products.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Chemistry, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Food Safety Standards.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Analyze And Interpret Data.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Resolve Quality Issues.
