3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed within established deadlines and budget constraints.
4. Conduct research on new and emerging automation and equipment technologies, and make recommendations for implementation.
5. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project development and implementation phases.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, operating procedures, and training materials.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards for automation and equipment.
10. Train and support team members on the proper use and maintenance of new equipment.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation and equipment processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
