ERP Architect

At Peet’s Coffee, we are always looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a qualified ERP Architect to join our IT team. This position is a unique opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure our business objectives are met with the help of our ERP system.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong technical background in ERP systems, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization. We are looking for an individual who is eager to develop their skills and who is passionate about making a difference in the success of our organization. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.• 4+ years of experience in ERP implementation, design, and development.• Proficient with ERP and project management tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and SAP.• Strong understanding of database structures, data movement, and data transformation.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet objectives using ERP systems. • Design and maintain ERP systems including database structure, data movement, and data transformation. • Develop processes and procedures for efficient ERP system usage. • Test ERP system performance, functionality, and reliability. • Implement and maintain ERP system upgrades and patches. • Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Provide training and support for users of ERP systems. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and other departments. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
