- Oversee the development of new Peet's Coffee locations across the country.
- Utilize expertise in construction management to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Maintain and uphold company values and standards throughout the construction process.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Hire and manage subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to project timelines.
- Review and approve construction plans and designs.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and local government officials.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings with all involved parties.
- Provide regular updates to upper management on project status and progress.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on construction sites.
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.
- Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Construction Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Construction Industry Standards, Building Codes, And Safety Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills.
Ability To Read And Interpret Construction Plans And Specifications.
