  1. Conducting research and analysis on current market trends to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  2. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive compensation strategy.
  3. Evaluating job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures.
  4. Developing and administering annual salary review processes.
  5. Creating and maintaining job descriptions and salary structures for all positions within the company.
  6. Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in compensation data.
  7. Assisting with the development and implementation of incentive and bonus programs.
  8. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  9. Staying up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to compensation and making necessary adjustments to company policies and practices.
  10. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate compensation data and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Collaborating with external vendors and consultants to gather market data and benchmarking information.
  12. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, in all compensation-related activities.
  13. Continuously monitoring and analyzing compensation practices to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
  14. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting fairness and transparency in compensation practices.
  15. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Or Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Data To Make Informed Compensation Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Flsa And Eeoc Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
