1. Greet and welcome customers to Peet's Coffee with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service by accurately taking and preparing orders.
3. Create and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, following proper recipes and techniques.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the brewing equipment, workstations, and seating areas.
