
Telecommunications Engineer

- Maintain and troubleshoot all aspects of our telecommunications systems, including phone, internet, and data networks.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between different systems.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or outages to minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology.
- Develop and implement plans for system upgrades and improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for all telecommunications-related issues and inquiries.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members and end-users.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their telecommunications needs and provide solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for all telecommunications systems and processes.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all telecommunications systems and data.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support when necessary.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve our telecommunications infrastructure.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Telecommunications Industry, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Telecommunications Systems, Including Voip, Pbx, And Mpls.
Proficiency In Network Design, Implementation, And Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Both Independently And In A Team Setting.
