
Technical Assistance Center Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and customer-oriented Technical Assistance Center Analyst to join our Paycom team. This individual will act as the first point of contact for new and existing Paycom customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and technical support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, have a passion for customer service and be a team player.The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service, technical assistance or technical support role, as well as a working knowledge of customer service and system troubleshooting. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Above all, the Technical Assistance Center Analyst must have excellent customer service and communication skills and an unwavering commitment to providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing Paycom customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and generate reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of customer service systems and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
