- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all Paycom facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities
- Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly
- Train and mentor new maintenance team members to ensure they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
