Sr HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Paycom, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team. As the go-to person for all HR-related matters, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our people-oriented initiatives. We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for developing and implementing successful HR strategies.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate should have five (5) to seven (7) years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced environment. They should have a proven track record of developing effective HR strategies and working collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure successful execution. 8. Provide guidance and advice on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters.
9. Manage HR projects as needed.
10. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
