Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize coding and programming language proficiency to enable Employer Services Representatives to conduct effective and confident sales conversations.
  2. Develop strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Employer Services Representatives.
  3. Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  5. Remain up to date on industry trends and changes to ensure effectiveness of sales strategies.
  6. Assist the sales team in creating compelling presentations and materials.
  7. Provide support and training to Employer Services Representatives on new technologies and sales techniques.
  8. Assist with customer service and support inquiries.
  9. Develop and implement solutions to maximize sales team efficiency.
