Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly analytical Release Coordinator to join the Paycom team! As a Release Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing the release of software and services for our clients. You’ll need to have an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask on various projects.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and at least two years of experience in release coordination or software development. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in various software development tools and languages.If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow with an innovative, forward-thinking organization, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the release of software and services for clients in an efficient and timely manner.
  2. Monitor software development projects to ensure the timely and accurate release of all software.
  3. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including software developers, project managers, and clients to ensure releases are successful.
  4. Develop and implement procedures for managing software releases.
  5. Track and monitor software release progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with software releases.
  7. Monitor the performance and quality of software releases.
  8. Monitor and maintain software release documentation.
  9. Analyze and evaluate software releases for accuracy and quality.
  10. Utilize software development tools and languages to deliver successful software releases.
