Quality Assurance Analyst

Paycom is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Quality Control team. As a QA Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest possible quality of our products. We’re looking for someone who can think critically, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is knowledgeable in software testing methodologies.We need someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience with manual testing, automated testing, and defect tracking. You should be an effective communicator and have an eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Analyze product requirements and design test cases to ensure the highest possible product quality. • Create and execute manual and automated tests to identify defects. • Utilize software testing methodologies to identify, document, and track defects. • Develop effective strategies to improve the quality of products. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test results. • Work closely with the software development team to troubleshoot and resolve defects. • Monitor and report on the progress of quality assurance activities. • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the product quality. • Actively participate in code reviews and provide inputs to enhance the code. • Ensure that all products meet the established quality standards.
