- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to promote Paycom's HR and payroll solutions.
- Utilize a variety of sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Research and identify potential clients in the assigned territory.
- Make cold calls and visit potential clients to introduce Paycom's products and services.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business challenges and present effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor proposals and presentations to meet clients' specific needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure future business.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position Paycom's products and services.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documentation.
- Continuously improve and enhance sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Represent Paycom in a positive and professional manner at networking events and industry conferences.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Outside Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Hr Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr And Payroll Processes And Technology, With The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate And Sell Paycom's Solutions.
