Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients to the Paycom system, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their setup and onboarding process.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Paycom system by troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on their setup and onboarding process.
- Document all client interactions and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Remain current on the latest Paycom system features and updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with clients and addressing any additional inquiries or concerns.
- Participate in company training and development activities.
