
New Client Setup Specialist
We're looking for an experienced and motivated New Client Setup Specialist to join our team at Paycom! Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processing and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, be highly skilled in problem-solving, and have a knack for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our payroll services and products to ensure accurate setup for new clients.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new clients, including providing technical support and instruction.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to payroll setup for clients.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy when setting up new clients.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure accurate setup and transition to our payroll services.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful onboarding of new clients.
