Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated New Client Setup Specialist to join our team at Paycom! Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processing and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, be highly skilled in problem-solving, and have a knack for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping our clients transition to our payroll services as seamlessly as possible.If you think you have what it takes to be our New Client Setup Specialist, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our payroll services and products to ensure accurate setup for new clients.
  2. Assist with onboarding and training of new clients, including providing technical support and instruction.
  3. Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Establish relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues related to payroll setup for clients.
  6. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy when setting up new clients.
  7. Monitor client accounts to ensure accurate setup and transition to our payroll services.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for improving the onboarding process.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful onboarding of new clients.
