
New Client Setup Associate Specialist
Do you have an aptitude for problem solving and an eye for detail? We are looking for an experienced New Client Setup Associate Specialist to join our team at Paycom. As the New Client Setup Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as the primary contact for new clients in the onboarding process. You will be responsible for successfully onboarding new clients to ensure their satisfaction and that they are utilizing our services to their fullest potential. You must be an organized, detail-oriented problem solver who can effectively and efficiently establish successful relationships with new clients.The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of two years in a customer service or client onboarding role. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of Paycom's products and services. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
