  4. Utilize data extraction tools and techniques to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements for various projects.
  6. Develop and maintain data extraction processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  8. Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards for various departments and stakeholders.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data extraction tools and techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure data needs are met.
  11. Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  12. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on data extraction processes and tools.
  13. Continuously improve data extraction processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  14. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data extraction.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data extraction strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Expertise In Data Extraction: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Extensive Experience And Knowledge In Data Extraction Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Etl, And Api Integrations.

  • Familiarity With Ncs Systems: Proficiency In Working With National Crime Search (Ncs) Systems Is A Must For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ncs Data Structure And Be Able To Extract Data Accurately And Efficiently.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Data Discrepancies And Errors. They Should Also Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Integrity And Quality Control Processes.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills Are Crucial For This Role As The Ncs Data Extraction Specialist Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Colleagues, And Management.
