IT Asset Management Analyst

Paycom is looking for a detail-oriented and organized IT Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and managing the company's IT assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience working with IT asset management. A strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, ITIL best practices, and experience with asset inventory databases are also essential.We’re seeking a self-motivated professional who has excellent communication and organizational skills, and who is passionate about providing timely and accurate information. Responsibilities:

1. Track and manage the company's IT assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
2. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory database.
3. Monitor IT asset lifecycle to identify opportunities for optimization.
4. Develop and implement processes and procedures for IT asset management.
5. Maintain records of all IT assets, including procurement, installation, warranty, and maintenance information.
6. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports on IT asset status.
7. Monitor and analyze IT asset trends and utilization rates.
8. Ensure IT asset security and provide support in safeguarding organization’s IT assets.
9. Monitor IT asset disposal and coordinate with vendors for asset disposal.
10. Assist in the planning and budgeting of IT assets.
