Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer at Paycom, you'll work closely with our team to design and develop engaging learning experiences that support our employees' success. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to take our learning initiatives to the next level.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and development, with a strong knowledge of learning principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies. You should also have experience with learning management systems, content authoring tools, and multimedia technology. A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred.The successful candidate should be an organized and detail-oriented individual, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Develop engaging learning experiences for Paycom employees that are based on sound instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
2. Design and develop effective learning materials, including digital and multimedia content, using content authoring tools and learning management systems.
3. Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.
4. Maintain an organized and detailed database of learning materials and resources.
5. Analyze the effectiveness of learning materials and strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Monitor and evaluate employee feedback and performance to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date on advances in instructional design and technology and apply them to learning initiatives.
8. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders.
