  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients in emerging markets, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of emerging market trends and how they may impact our clients' HR and payroll needs.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support in navigating our technology and solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings and how to utilize them effectively.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in emerging markets, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, utilizing CRM systems and other tools as needed.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Paycom, promoting our values and mission to clients and potential customers in emerging markets.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In Emerging Markets

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Business Practices And Cultural Differences In Emerging Markets

  • Proficiency In A Second Language, Particularly One Spoken In An Emerging Market Region, Is Preferred.
