- Manage and maintain all aspects of the data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and power and cooling systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues with data center hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and implement data center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute data center expansions, upgrades, and migrations.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of the data center environment to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Create and maintain documentation for data center processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to data center emergencies in a timely and effective manner.

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on data center operations and projects.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the data center can quickly and effectively resume operations in the event of a disaster or outage.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with all regulatory requirements related to data center operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience Working In A Data Center Environment, Including Experience With Server Hardware, Networking, And Virtualization.
Knowledge Of Data Center Best Practices, Including Power And Cooling Management, Security Protocols, And Disaster Recovery Planning.
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Tools, Such As Python, Bash, And Powershell.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
