Job Description

Are you an organized, customer-focused individual with a passion for helping people? Paycom is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team who will provide the highest level of client service to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience and a strong background in accounting and payroll. Working knowledge of Paycom software and processes is a plus.As a Client Service Specialist at Paycom, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for resolving their inquiries and providing support while managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will also be a key contributor in expanding and maintaining a positive client experience with our services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and driven team. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to our clients by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and resolving issues with creative solutions • Be the first point of contact for our clients, managing multiple tasks efficiently • Maintain a positive client experience with our services • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients • Utilize knowledge of Paycom software and processes to provide accurate support • Troubleshoot customer inquiries • Document customer interactions • Monitor and update customer accounts • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients • Keep up to date on changes in payroll and accounting regulations
