We are looking for an experienced and organized Client Data Coordinator to join our team at Paycom! In this role, you will be responsible for managing client data and creating reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency within our organization. If you have a knack for data analysis, an eye for detail, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. We also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and with teams, and a strong commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:
• Manage client data and create reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain client records.
• Monitor customer service inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Develop and implement data entry policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of client data in accordance with company standards.
• Train new employees on data entry and customer service procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client data is being utilized effectively.
• Troubleshoot any problems or issues with client data.
• Monitor data entry operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide customer service support as needed.
