As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help customers create memorable moments and be a part of their special celebrations.   1. Greeting and welcoming customers to Party City with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  2. Assisting customers in finding and selecting party supplies to meet their needs and preferences.
  3. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping aisles clear.
  5. Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Demonstrating a strong knowledge of Party City products and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  7. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
  8. Continuously learning and staying updated on new products and industry trends to better assist customers.
  9. Actively participating in store meetings and trainings to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
  10. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Party City brand.
  11. Following all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  12. Working collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
