In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. As a vital member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while utilizing your analytical skills and business acumen to drive the success of our supply chain operations.   1. Analyze supply chain data and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or issues in the supply chain.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain processes.
  4. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments of supply chain processes and procedures.
  7. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  9. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of supply chain goals and objectives.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of new supply chain systems and technologies.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for supply chain processes.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  14. Monitor and track product quality and work with suppliers to address any issues.
  15. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Analysis Or Operations, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Data Sets.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders.
