  1. Lead and manage a team of party experts to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Create and maintain a welcoming and festive atmosphere in the store.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their party needs.
  4. Drive sales by promoting and upselling party products and services.
  5. Train and develop store team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  7. Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
