As the Store Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, leading and motivating a team of dedicated employees, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face.   1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Train and coach employees on company policies and procedures, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  5. Create work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  9. Collaborate with other store leaders to share best practices and drive overall store success.
  10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
