  1. Lead and manage a team of store associates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  2. Create a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high levels of customer service.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure that the store is always adequately staffed and that schedules are created and followed to meet the needs of the business.
  5. Oversee the merchandising and stocking of products to maintain a visually appealing and organized store.
  6. Monitor and analyze store sales and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with the district manager to set and achieve store sales goals and objectives.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure their growth and development.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  10. Manage inventory and order products to ensure the store has the necessary supplies to meet customer demands.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to company safety and sanitation standards.
  12. Act as a role model for the team by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service, sales techniques, and problem-solving skills.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new party supply products to provide customers with the latest and most popular options.
  14. Collaborate with other store team leaders to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: A Store Team Leader At Party City Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes Skills Such As Delegating Tasks, Managing Team Performance, And Conflict Resolution.

  • Knowledge Of Party Supplies And Trends: Party City Sells A Wide Range Of Party Supplies, And A Store Team Leader Should Be Knowledgeable About The Products And Trends In The Industry. This Will Help In Assisting Customers, Making Recommendations, And Ensuring The Store Is Stocked With Popular And In-Demand Items.
