  1. Lead and manage a team of store associates to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for the team, and hold team members accountable for their performance.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans to drive sales and profitability.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and store operations.
  5. Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring exceptional service is provided to all customers.
  6. Create and maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient store operations and inventory management.
  8. Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors to make informed business decisions.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  13. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for the Party City brand.
  14. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to improve the customer experience and drive store sales.
  15. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for store growth and expansion.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Store Team Leader Position At Party City Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Party Supply Or Similar Retail Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Team Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Leading A Team Of Employees. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team, As Well As Delegate Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Customer Service: Party City Places A High Value On Providing Excellent Customer Service. The Store Team Leader Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences And Ensuring That Their Team Follows Suit.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: With The Fast-Paced Nature Of Retail, It Is Important That The Store Team Leader Is Highly Organized And Able To Manage Their Time Effectively. This Includes Prioritizing Tasks, Delegating Responsibilities, And Ensuring That The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.

  • Knowledge Of Party Supplies And Trends: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Party Supplies And Current Trends In The Industry. This Will Allow Them To Make Informed Decisions About Inventory, Displays, And Promotions To Drive Sales And Meet Customer Needs.
