Store Team Leader

Responsibilities of a Store Team Leader:

1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including merchandising, stocking, customer service, and team development.

3. Monitor store inventory and restock as needed.
4. Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales, and profits.
5. Supervise staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
6. Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting company standards.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability.
8. Ensure store is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
9. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Track and analyze store performance metrics.
