We are seeking a dedicated Store Team Leader to join our team and help ensure that our store runs smoothly and productively. As Store Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, from merchandising and stocking to customer service and team development.To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of retail operations. Responsibilities of a Store Team Leader:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including merchandising, stocking, customer service, and team development.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store inventory and restock as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales, and profits.
- Supervise staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they are meeting company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure store is in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze store performance metrics.
