Job Description

Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a new challenge? Party City is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Store Team Leader to join our team and help us exceed our customers’ expectations. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and driven individual with the ability to multitask and manage a team. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and work independently.We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of three years’ experience in retail management, strong organizational and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role. In addition, the successful candidate should have a thorough knowledge of relevant safety standards, a good understanding of store operations, and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service • Supervise a team of retail professionals and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability • Train staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained • Oversee cash handling and financial operations • Analyze sales data and develop appropriate strategies to increase store performance • Monitor store operations and identify areas of improvement • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and store standards • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
