Job Description

As the Store Team Leader at Party City, you will have the opportunity to lead an energetic team in providing excellent customer service and creating a fun and festive shopping experience for all. We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with great communication skills who is passionate about customer service and team development. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a retail leadership role and a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. If you have a passion for helping others and an enthusiasm for creating memorable customer experiences, this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain a positive atmosphere for customers and employees.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, sales, and team development.
  3. Supervise and manage store staff, including hiring, training, and delegating tasks.
  4. Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
  5. Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure store is adequately stocked with merchandise.
  7. Monitor store inventory and order supplies as necessary.
  8. Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  9. Create and monitor staff schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  10. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
