As a dynamic and customer-focused Store Team Leader at Party City, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our store. You will lead a team of associates, provide direction, set goals and objectives, and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual who is passionate about retail and has a strong desire to exceed expectations. The successful candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably in a managerial role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. You will also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. We are looking for someone who can be a positive role model to our associates and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
