Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and store performance.
- Manage and direct team members to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded on a daily basis.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance standards.
- Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure job duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor store operations and identify areas of improvement.
- Manage store inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked and organized.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for team members and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Develop effective strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
