Job Description

Are you looking for a leadership role that will allow you to utilize your creativity and organizational skills? We are currently looking for a Store Team Leader for our Party City location who can cultivate an enthusiastic team atmosphere and build strong relationships with customers.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of retail management experience and a passion for customer service. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and lead a team. They should also have the ability to effectively manage and delegate tasks to team members and provide feedback to ensure customer service standards are maintained.If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact and have a positive influence on our store, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and store performance.
  2. Manage and direct team members to ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded on a daily basis.
  3. Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance standards.
  4. Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members to ensure job duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Monitor store operations and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Manage store inventory and ensure the store is properly stocked and organized.
  7. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for team members and customers.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  9. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
  10. Develop effective strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
