- Design and implement visually appealing displays throughout the store to showcase our products and promote a festive atmosphere.
- Develop and maintain a store layout that maximizes sales potential and enhances customer experience.
- Create and execute seasonal and holiday-themed displays and promotions to drive sales and attract customers.
- Collaborate with the buying and marketing teams to ensure product placement and displays align with promotions and sales.
- Train and lead a team of store associates to maintain visual standards and ensure consistency in presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the store manager to restock and replenish products as needed.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any areas of improvement in terms of presentation and organization.
- Stay up-to-date on current party trends and incorporate them into store displays and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, in all visual presentation efforts.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure displays are properly set up and maintained.
- Assist with special events or store promotions as needed.
- Continuously seek out new and creative ways to enhance the store's visual appeal and drive sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Party City, consistently promoting our values and mission of spreading joy and fun.
- Communicate effectively with store leadership and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives.
Experience In Visual Merchandising: A Store Presentation Manager At Party City Must Have A Strong Background In Visual Merchandising Techniques, Including Creating Eye-Catching Displays And Arranging Products In An Appealing Manner.
Knowledge Of Party Supplies And Trends: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Party Supply Industry And Current Trends In Order To Effectively Plan And Execute Store Presentations That Appeal To Customers.
