
Seasonal Team Member
Party City is looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member! We are seeking someone who can bring enthusiasm and dedication to our store and provide the best customer service experience. The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and outgoing attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us.To be successful as a Seasonal Team Member, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience in retail or customer service. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong work ethic. The ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is also required.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. -Help create a welcoming store environment for customers. -Answer questions and provide assistance regarding store products and services. -Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. -Build customer loyalty by delivering superior service. -Maintain a neat and organized store environment. -Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. -Train new team members. -Assist in the merchandising of products and restocking shelves. -Adhere to store policies and procedures. -Perform other duties as assigned.
