Seasonal Team Member

We are looking for a Seasonal Team Member who is passionate about our products and helping customers make their celebrations extra special. Our ideal candidate is someone who is friendly and outgoing, with the ability to work well both independently and with a team.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service and communication skills. You should also be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 25lbs. If you have previous retail experience and knowledge of the Party City product line, that's a plus! Most importantly, we want someone who is excited to join our team and help us create a fun and festive atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need • Provide customers with product information and recommendations • Stock shelves and shelves with new merchandise • Assist with setting up promotional displays • Process cash and card payments • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies • Follow store security protocols • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner • Provide excellent customer service • Work well independently and as part of a team • Lift up to 25lbs and stand for extended periods of time • Have knowledge of the Party City product line
