Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as a Seasonal Team Member at Party City! As a Seasonal Team Member, you will play an integral role in helping us create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
  • Process customer transactions at the register accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure accurate pricing and product placement on shelves
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and management
  • Stay up to date with product information and store promotions
  • Maintain stock room organization and inventory levels
  • Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise
