Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to join a fun and fast-paced team? If so, then Party City is looking for a talented and hardworking Seasonal Team Member to join us this holiday season! This role requires an individual with strong customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for helping people. You must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. If you have an outgoing personality, are detail-oriented, and have a drive to deliver world-class service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience in the store.
  2. Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer any questions or inquiries they may have.
  3. Assist customers with selecting merchandise and processing payments.
  4. Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a neat and orderly environment.
  5. Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
  7. Assist in the setup and takedown of seasonal displays.
  8. Work with team members to achieve store goals.
  9. Adhere to all safety and security regulations.
  10. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
