Job Description

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and energetic Seasonal Team Member to join the Party City family! As a key member of our team, you'll help create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers as you assist with sales, merchandising, and stocking. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. We also require you to be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, throughout the holiday season. Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
  2. Assist customers with sales, merchandising, and stocking.
  3. Ensure shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns in a timely manner.
  6. Handle money transactions in a responsible and accurate manner.
  7. Process customer orders quickly and accurately.
  8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and store policies.
  9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
  10. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, throughout the holiday season.
