- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to promote and upsell party supplies and decorations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other POS systems.
- Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Party City by embodying the company's values and culture.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and proactively seek ways to contribute to the success of the store and team.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
