1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
3. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to promote and upsell party supplies and decorations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other POS systems.
6. Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability for customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
8. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and events to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide a positive and memorable shopping experience.
11. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for Party City by embodying the company's values and culture.
13. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
14. Maintain a positive attitude and proactively seek ways to contribute to the success of the store and team.
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
