As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about party planning and have a creative mindset.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their party needs.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of party products and their uses to effectively assist customers.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on new party trends and products to provide customers with the latest options.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Participate in store events and promotions to engage with customers and increase sales.
  11. Complete opening and closing procedures as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Sales Associate At Party City Should Be Able To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. This Includes Being Friendly, Helpful, And Knowledgeable About The Products And Services Offered.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In Sales, And A Sales Associate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Confidently With Customers, Colleagues, And Managers. This Includes Listening To Customer Needs, Answering Questions, And Providing Product Recommendations.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Particularly In Sales, Is Preferred For This Role. This Includes Familiarity With Point-Of-Sale Systems, Cash Handling, And Inventory Management.

  • Team Player: Party City Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, So The Ability To Work Well In A Team Is Crucial. A Sales Associate Should Be Able To Collaborate With Their Colleagues, Support Each Other, And Contribute To A Positive Work Culture.
