1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Party City's products and services to effectively assist customers and answer any questions they may have.
3. Actively listen to customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations to drive sales.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer satisfaction targets.
7. Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge to keep up with current trends and promotions.
8. Participate in promotional events and actively engage with customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and inventory management.
11. Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments and accurately updating inventory records.
