Sales Associate

Party City is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team and help create a fun and festive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for creating unique and memorable shopping experiences, and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and ensure their shopping experience is enjoyable.
2. Assist customers in finding merchandise and answering questions about product features.
3. Assist customers with payment processes, including inputting payment information, issuing receipts, and completing returns.
4. Maintain shelves and displays, including restocking merchandise and arranging product displays.
5. Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low.
6. Accurately record sales transactions in the point-of-sale system.
7. Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
8. Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
9. Meet or exceed established sales goals.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
